Imron Cotan served as the #Indonesian #ambassador to #China from 2010 to 2013. Cycling is his favorite hobby. Among the many places he has been to, Beijing is his favorite city. During his tenure in China, the trade volume between China and Indonesia rose from $1.2 billion to $5 billion, making a huge contribution to the economic exchanges between the two countries. Cotan is a Jackie Chan fan and has seen almost all of the actor’s movies. While posted to China, Cotan was lucky and happy to meet Chan at a charity dinner. The diplomat says that if time permits, he plans to travel back to China every year.
