Today, Chief Minister Andrew Barr unveiled details that some Canberrans felt had been lacking in previous announcements, providing a clear “pathway forward” for the territory.
Eased restrictions on October 15 will see five people able to visit one household, and up to 25 people allowed to gather outdoors.
Licensed venues, cafes and restaurants will be able to serve a maximum of 25 people on site, and hairdressers, beauty and personal services will be able to operate with a maximum of five clients.
