Afropunk among festivals filling out ‘696 form’

Afropunk is just one of the festivals being forced to fill out a 696 health and safety form. Now there’s a campaign to scrap the controversial police form for music venues.

The Culture Minister Matt Hancock has told Channel 4 News he believes the Met’s 696 form disproportionately impacts people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds.
