United Nations published this video item, entitled “Africa: Turning it Around for Climate Action #Act4SDGs (A Turning Point Dialogue)” – below is their description.
As part of a dedicated series exploring the realities of the climate crisis for communities on the frontline of the climate fight across the world, we’ll focus in on Climate Action in Africa from the perspective of a young Kenyan grassroots coordinator who advocates for biodiversity, oceans and land-to-sea conservation. As the world’s attention turns towards COP26, we will hear about ideas that could truly galvanize action for coordinated protection of these critical ecosystems – and ultimately contribute to a much needed turning point for people and planet.
