And yet Kabul was again hit by a horrific, well-planned blast at the height of rush hour on Wednesday, killing scores of people and wounding hundreds more. The endless fighting outside the capital mirrors the endless feuding inside the power-sharing government. Can the Afghans sort it out amongst themselves?
