Afghan council approves release of 400 Taliban prisoners

The #Afghan grand council has agreed to release the remaining #Taliban prisoners. This paves the way for direct peace talks between the Afghan government and the militant group and may potentially end almost two decades of war. Sultan Faizy reports.
