NASA successfully conducted the first controlled flight on another planet on Monday — its Mars helicopter Ingenuity flew a short flight above the red planet. The agency described Ingenuity’s flight as “a Wright Brothers moment” on another planet. NASA flew the 4-pound craft for 39.1 seconds to an altitude of about 10 feet above the surface.
