A solo dining experience has opened in Sweden, it’s a dinner for one in the middle of a field, created to maintain social stanching with the ability to experience dining out.
The restaurant is located in the small town of Ransater, more than 200 miles west of Stockholm.
“I think one of the things many of us miss the most in these times is traveling, and since we can’t geographically travel far, I think at least by our minds we can travel,” says co-founder and chef Rasmus Person.
Sweden’s approach to the coronavirus has been criticized. Restaurants and cafes have stayed open with social distancing measures encouraged.
