A 55-year-old man has been arrested over the suspicious death of a 13-year-old boy in a Waterloo house fire in 1998.
Arthur Haines was staying at a friend’s house on Walker Street on April 9th 1998 when it went up in flames. The teenager was seriously injured in the blaze and died in hospital 11 weeks later.
