A dog left stranded following a landslide in Norway was rescued and carried to safety in a helicopter. Footage from the Royal Norwegian Air Force shows one of its rescue team leashing the imperiled pooch, flying it to a safer area, and then releasing it
The landslide, which took place in the village of Kråkneset near Alta, saw eight homes crash into the Arctic Sea. No injuries were reported.
