One of the largest collections of rare sea fossils anywhere in the UK has been discovered by a couple using online maps.
Dr Tim Ewin from the Natural History Museum spoke about the dig, saying “it’s turned up some of the most amazing jurassic fossils I’ve seen in my career,” and “to find over 100 slabs representing over 1000 individuals is unprecedented.”
