Liz Cheney, one of two Republicans on the panel and a fierce critic of #Trump, defended the panel’s work and urged a thorough investigation. “If those responsible are not held accountable, and if Congress does not act responsibly, this will remain a cancer on our constitutional republic,” Cheney said.
