70th Cannes Film Festival rolls out red carpet

Movie stars from around the world are in the French Riviera for the annual Cannes Film Festival, which is now in its 70th year.

Some of the biggest names in cinema will be competing for the festival’s top prize: the prestigious Palme d’Or.

Al Jazeera’s Charlie Angela reports from Cannes.
