Moon Cake Recipe
Main ingredients: Flour, Egg yolk, White Lotus Seed
Minor ingredient: Peanut oil, Syrup, Alkaline water
Make flour mix well with peanut oil, syrup and alkaline water for paste
Mixed the white lotus seed with egg yolks to make filling
Put the filling into the paste, and put it into the mold for Moon Cake shape, put into oven for 20mins.
