Zinedine Zidane and Aloe Blacc Among Stars at IWC Schaffhausen Party in Switzerland

Zinedine Zidane and his wife Veronique Fernadez mingled with artists such as Aloe Blacc and Ronan Keating at the gala launch party of a new pilot’s watch from IWC Schaffhausen. Singer Bryan Ferry walked the red carpet with model, Andrea Lima, Oliver Bierhoff showed up with his wife and Boris and Lilly Becker stopped for photos before attending the dinner dance.

Guests were treated to performances from the The Swiss Top Secret Drum Corps, DJ Jack E from Saint-Tropez and Bryan Ferry at a replica aircraft carrier in Geneva, Switzerland.

The party was organised to celebrate the launch of the new TOP GUN and TOP GUN Miramar watches from IWC Schaffhausen. Ground crew in white dress uniforms checked-in the VIP guests and the watches themselves were displayed in a mock control tower. Before the event, Arsène Wenger and Jose Maria Manzanares were shown around a naval jet flight simulator by the CEO of IWC, Georges Kern.

IWC Schaffhausen created the subline in watches for jet pilots in the 1930’s. Since 2006, the TOP GUN elite flying school has served as the inspiration for the brand. Hundreds of watchmakers are currently assembled in the Swiss capital as part of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie.
