Rappers Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have sent the internet into meltdown with WAP, a new song that celebrates women’s nether regions. It’s sitting in the top spot in the Billboard chart and it’s Number 2 in the Official Charts, and the video, which is not suitable for daytime, has been viewed over 134 million times.
Some are describing the lyrics as “Shakespeare by way of Pornhub”, but others aren’t as keen, with many asking whether it’s too explicit for children’s ears. Loose Women Kaye, Nadia, Jane and Saira liste to the track (through headphones) and discuss whether they’re worried about the music their kids are listening to.
From series 24, broadcast on 27/08/20
