Health Secretary Matt Hancock was photographed being chauffeur-driven in his ministerial car WITHOUT wearing a face mask. Current rules state there is an exemption for chauffeur-driven cars, but Downing Street have said it had advised all its ministers to wear coverings. Matt Hancock hasn’t actually broken any rules, however as he’s the man who has been telling us all about the importance of wearing masks, Saira is furious and blasts Matt Hancock as hypocritical!
