Frankie Bridge is best known as one-fifth of the hit girl band The Saturdays, and outside of music, she has established herself as a TV presenter, social media influencer and in recent years a mental health advocate. Her husband Wayne is a former England footballer who has played for Chelsea, West Ham, Manchester City and Fulham and has since retired. Frankie and Wayne join us today as part of our Loose Love Week, sharing how they’ve supported each other in their mental health journeys. They also tell us why they support our new male mental health campaign, ‘Stand By Your Men’.
From series 24, broadcast on 12/02/20
