Sesame Seared Tuna Steak | Bart’s Fish Tales

Bart’s travelled to the stunning Maldives for this mouth watering tuna steak recipe, served with crunchy sugar snap pea and asparagus salad. Fresh, sustainable tuna rolled in sesame seeds and brought to life with a soy sauce, ginger and garlic dressing. The only thing missing is the white sandy beach. Bliss.
