Gordon Ramsay’s Tangy fruit salad
“It’s for breakfast, would you believe?”
Ingredients
- 1 chilli and half seeds, finely chopped
- Tamarind paste
- Palm sugar
- 1 lime – juice & zest
- Crushed roasted peanuts with salt
- Pineapple – chopped
- Apples – diced
- Pears – diced
- De-seeded cucumber
- Mango
Directions
- Put chilli, tamarind, sugar and lime in a bowl.
- Crush peanuts using towel and rolling pin or pan.
- Combine the pineapple, apples, pears, de-seeded cucumber and mango in a large bowl
- Add the dressing to coat the fruit.
- Serve
