Mini Quiche Lorraine | Lorraine Pascale

The lovely Lorraine Pascale has joined Food Tube! She has loads of delicious and light baking recipes for you to try starting with her bitesize Quiche ‘Lorraine’ with a twist. Filo pastry cases filled with egg, spring onions, sudried tomatoes and low fat crème fraiche then topped with goats cheese. Yum. Easy to make and ready in minutes these little tarts are the perfect treat.
