Quick and easy super healthy recipe tips in quick succession from the Queen of Cooking:

Martha comes to you from her very own kitchen at home and shares her favorite recipes to help keep you calm and nourished throughout the day.

Hot Lemon

Ingredients

Fresh ginger
Quart of boiling water
Lemons – juice & rind
Big spoon of brown sugar

Method

  1. Bring to boil, simmer
  2. Drink cold or hot

Morning green juice

Ingredients

  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Half an orange
  • Pineapple

Method

Juice!

Baked Potatoes

Baked potatoes (russets) baked for about an hour and 10 minutes. Smash it to make it fluffy. Serve with a piece of butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, chives snipped, salt, pepper, steamed soft boiled egg (4 minutes). “A perfect lunch for the children,” – Martha.

Sweet potato. Boiled for 30 minutes. So tasty and good for you.
