02:15 Add yeast to bread flour
03:02 Cover dough to rest
03:27 Preparing caramelized onions
04:08 Mix ingredients into risen dough
06:35 Empty dough onto floured work surface
06:53 Fold the dough
07:36 Transfer dough to a bowl and cover to proof
