Learn how to make juicy homemade beef burgers. No need for a BBQ, just make and shape your beef patties and then pan fry them. Finish them off by steaming them for a minute or two to melt the cheese, then pile into buns with plenty of toppings.
Use minced beef with a fat content of around 20%. Ask the butcher to mince it for you if you can – a mixture of chuck and brisket works well.
