The burger
- 60% chuck
- 20% rib
- 20% fat
The rub
- Local brai spice
- Butter
- Pelepele relish
Method
- Add spice
- Flatten it
- Rub butter on top
- Grill the burgers – turning occasionally.
- Toast the buns
- Butter onto sliced red onions – grill the onions.
- Grill a halved garlic clove.
- Halloumi – grilled.
- Brush the halloumi with the toasted garlic.
