Gordon Ramsay’s Spicy Zulu-Inspired Cheeseburger

The burger

• 60% chuck
• 20% rib
• 20% fat

The rub

• Local brai spice
• Butter
• Pelepele relish

Method

1. Add spice
2. Flatten it
3. Rub butter on top
4. Grill the burgers – turning occasionally.
5. Toast the buns
6. Butter onto sliced red onions – grill the onions.
7. Grill a halved garlic clove.
8. Halloumi – grilled.
9. Brush the halloumi with the toasted garlic.
