Ingredients
Wet ingredients
400g / 14oz lukewarm water
Whites of 2 large eggs
6g / 1tsp Vinegar
45g / 3tbls Vegetable oil
45g / 3tbls Olive oil
Dry ingredients
500g / 17½oz Gluten free bread flour
2 tbls / 30g Sugar
1tsp Salt
1tsp Xanthan gum (only if it is not included in the flour)
7g / 2tsp Instant dried yeast
