Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
- Onions chopped
- Chopped celery
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Chicken sausage
- Chopped basil
- 3-4 bay leaves
- Soulful seasoning salt
- Fresh oregano
- Vegan ricotta
- Gluten free lasagna sheets
- Sliced beef tomato (to cover top)
Method
- Heat a large saucepan to a medium-high heat and add olive oil
- Add onion and celery and fry, stirring regularly
- Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato paste
- Add chicken sausage
- Add basil & bay leaves
- Add salt & oregano and cook for 20 mins
- In your lasagna dish, layer tomato sauce and some gluten free pasta, before layering your cooked mixture, with the vegan ricotta on top
- Repeat the layering until you fill your lasagna dish.
- Top with sliced beef tomatoes
