Jamie shows us his recipe for Chinese style crispy duck pancakes. Tender duck meat tossed in a mint, lime and chilli soy sauce dressing, served in crunchy lettuce wraps and drizzled with hoisin sauce and a scattering of pomegranate seeds. Delicious!
