Cheese & Chorizo Stuffed Date Skewers | Jamie Oliver

It’s the party season Food Tubers! And what better way to impress your guests than with Jamie’s quick and easy stuffed dates recipe. Filled with melting manchego cheese, thyme and walnuts, all skewered together with slices of crispy chorizo these snacks are so tasty you’d better make double!
We filmed this while on location for Jamie’s Christmas Lock In which was first aired on Channel 4 in December 2010.
