Ingredients:
500g / 17½oz Strong white bread flour
250g / 9oz Lukewarm full fat milk: approx 35°C / 95°F
1 Large egg (beaten)
30g / 1oz Granulated sugar
2tbls / 25g Vegetable oil
1tsp Table salt or 1½tsp Kosher salt
2tsp / 7g Instant or active dried yeast, if using fresh yeast 20 grams
1tbls Sesame seeds (optional)
