Workout 6 from my brand new #WakeUpWithJoe lockdown workout series ☀️ 15-minute home workouts to get you moving and feeling good 😃 This workout is a 15 minute ascending ladder workout. We will be working straight through for the full 15 minutes without a rest period. There are 6 moves and we will increase the number of reps for each move as we go through the rounds. To start, we complete 2 reps of each move and when the round is complete we go again with the first move but we increase the number of reps on each move by 2, to 4 and then to 6 reps for the third round and 8 for the fourth, then 10, then 12 and so on, until the 15 minutes is complete.
