Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, is helping people through the second UK Lockdown with a series of 15 minute workouts called “Wake Up With Joe” – after the success of his daily “PE With Joe” workouts earlier in 2020.

The workouts are published three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and can be done any time.
