I’m super excited and proud to be sharing this film I made from my UK Schools HIIT Tour.
This is the next step on a mission to get more kids active and to understand the incredible benefits of exercise. I also want to show young people to see that fitness can be fun.
In my first ever Schools Tour, I visited 17 schools over 5 days and exercised with over 12,000 kids, parents and teachers. I met so many amazing people and I finished the tour feeling more positive and inspired than ever.
We can make a positive difference and help kids all over the world to live healthier and happier lives.
