Joe Wicks live streamed daily PE With Joe sessions via YouTube during the 2020 Covid-19 shutdown, amassing a huge global following. The series returned in January 2021, after UK Government announced another, similar, lockdown in Britain.

The series features daily 30 minute workouts aimed at all levels of fitness, in an effort to inspire people to continue to exercise from home.
