MOVEMENT | Joe Wicks: ‘The Year That Changed Me’

The Body Coach TV published this video item, entitled “MOVEMENT | Joe Wicks: ‘The Year That Changed Me'” – below is their description.

This is the first episode of my new documentary series with lululemon ‘The Year That Changed Me’.

I want to share with you how the last year has reshaped the way I approach my own mental and physical health and most importantly – what I’ve learnt. Hopefully it might help to inspire you to make the same positive changes in your life.

In this episode I’m talking about movement and why not all exercise has to be about high intensity, explosive movements. All movement is good and all movement has the power to change the way we feel.

To accompany this episode I’ve put together a 10 minute feel-good workout to get you moving and feeling energised – https://youtu.be/2Q06BFvKCEM
