I had the amazing privilege of accepting an honorary Doctorate from St Mary’s University.

Here is my acceptance speech after receiving the honour for services in sports science and exercise.

I cried a bit as I felt really emotional and I think it’s good to show your emotions so I’m going to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you 🙏🏼
