Cedric Jacquemy presented his dark vision for Winter 2014 on Wednesday in Paris with large chunky knits, military boots and long tunic-style upper layers. This minimalist, assymetrical line provides timeless style with textured jackets contrasted against leather rock-star like trousers and jackets.
Cedric Jacquemy studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Yak, alpaca, leather and linen are just some of the fibres used in the collection, along with a tree bark weaving technique from Uganda.
Fellow Belgian designer Mats Rombaut designed the accessories including; scarves,
beanie hats and a pair of sturdy leather boots.
