This month is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, which aims to educate people on reducing their risk of contracting the disease. Today, we are joined by actress and disability campaigner Samantha Renke who joins the panel to talk about why the #smearforsmear campaign with Jo’s Trust is so close to her heart. She talks about improving conditions for disabled women attending smear tests and bravely talking about her fears and shame around contracting HPV. Dr Catherine Millington Sanders also joins us from the audience. She is on hand to tackle some of the common misconceptions surrounding smear tests and HPV.
