Law&Crime Network published this video item, entitled “WATCH LIVE: WI v. Kyle Rittenhouse Motions Hearing” – below is their description.

Kyle Rittenhouse, 18, is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on Friday in the fatal shooting of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and injury of Gaige Grosskreutz, 27. The judge is expected to rule on the following:

Judge to rule on whether jurors will see video that prosecutors say shows Rittenhouse talking about wanting to shoot people.

Prosecution request to prevent defense use-of-force expert John R. Black from testifying.

Defense request to exclude evidence related to a July 2020 case in which Rittenhouse allegedly hit a woman who was involved in an altercation with sister and another female to June 1, 2020.

Defense request to exclude evidence that Rittenhouse went to a bar in Jan. with members of the Proud Boys wearing a shirt “Free as F***”.

Defense request to introduce evidence that Rosenbaum (one of the shooting victims) was convicted of having sexual contact with a minor in 2002.

Defense request to dismiss the illegal firearm charge saying under WI law, Rittenhouse was too young to possess short-barreled shotguns and rifles but that his AR-style rifle doesn’t meet that definition.
