They examine pandemic impacts, cash versus non-cash consideration, and the divergence between insured and uninsured deals. They also discuss a new SRS Acquiom survey examining ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues as they relate to deals. While expectations in early 2020 suggested that deal activity in the U.S. and Europe would follow Asian trends, the opposite has been true. Diane and Chris take a deep dive into the evolution of deal trends during the current boom.
