Office holiday parties often mix co-workers and alcohol, which can raise a set of issues for employees and companies. This week on a special holiday episode of Punching In, Jonathan Segal discusses the questions, concerns and things to think about for workers and businesses—including the HR and legal departments—when attending holiday parties in the #MeToo Era.

Segal is an employment law partner at Duane Morris, a member of the EEOC’s Select Task Force on Harassment and advises businesses and even federal judges on workplace conduct.
