Dr Brian Sloan (Fellow in Law, Robinson College, Cambridge) presented a paper entitled ‘“Private” Schools, their Charitable Status and their Property Rights: Legal Barriers to Attenuation’ at the Society of Legal Scholars’ virtual conference on 3 September 2020, as part of the Property & Trusts section. He had earlier given a Cambridge Private Law Work in Progress Seminar on the topic.
