J&P Brings Updates in Elijah McClain, Rayshard Brooks & St Louis Couple Pulling Guns on Protesters

Elijah McClain died Aug. ’19 after police interaction. Photos allegedly show officers at the site of McClain’s death. Officials are silent on what officers are doing in photos. Interim police chief announced an internal affairs probe. Photographs were taken sometime in October 2019. No charges filed in death of McClain

Violin vigils were seen across the USA in memory of McClain. The family says Elijah was an avid violin player. McClain played violin for cats waiting for adoption. McClain, 23, detained after a suspicious person 911 call. Bodycam: McClain in a chokehold and injected w/ Ketamine. McClain went into cardiac arrest and became brain dead. McClain’s last words: “I’m an introvert, I’m different.”

Video shows st. Louis couple pulling guns on protesters. Protesters were making their way to the mayor’s home. Mark & Patricia McCloskey say they feared for lives. McCloskey Atty: clients acted “Lawfully” on property. Patricia McCloskey was seen pointing a handgun at protesters. Protest in response to the mayor “Doxing” police reformers.

Officer-involved in Rayshard Brooks death released on bond. Fmr. Ofc. Rolfe posted a $500k bond with help of police organisations. Now fired officer Garrett Rolfe shot brooks twice in the back.
Defense: shooting justified, acted in self-defense. Rolfe fired, facing 11 charges including felony murder. Rayshard Brooks widow pleaded for bond denial.
