Joint Employment and the Port Worker Strike

The National Labor Relations Board is moving to overturn a 2015 decision that made it more likely for companies to be required to bargain with franchise, staffing and other workers as their joint employer. This week on Punching In, Bloomberg Law reporter Robert Iafolla explores that decision and its impact on NLRB cases. We’re also looking at an upcoming port worker strike and what it means for supply chain advocacy.
