Rick Doblin, Ph.D., founder and executive director of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), delivered a keynote address at an Oct. 6 event commemorating the launch of a new research initiative, the Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation (POPLAR), at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School. U.S. Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore) delivered opening remarks.
