Ray was found guilty in a federal trial for sex trafficking, forced labor, and other crimes. Ray moved into his daughter’s dorm room at Sarah Lawrence College and began inserting himself into student’s lives. Using psychological manipulation and coercive control techniques, Ray exploited many college students in different ways during the decade long run of his cult.
