In this video, produced for Constitutional Law Matters’ ‘Who’s in charge of the Westminster Parliament?’ event, Professor Meg Russell, Director of the Constitution Unit at University College London, explores parliamentary sovereignty from a political perspective. She focusses on three main issues. Firstly, who decides policy in the Westminster Parliament? Secondly, who controls what the Westminster Parliament discusses? And thirdly, who controls who gets to sit in the Westminster Parliament?
