Defense Attorney Norm Pattis Comments on Decision to Decline Posthumous Prosecution of Fotis Dulos

Fotis Dulos died January 30, 2020, after committing suicide. He faced charges of murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and hindering prosecution in the disappearance and presumed death of his wife, Jennifer Dulos, whom he was divorcing. Dulos’s defense attorney, Norm Pattis, is seeking to keep the case alive despite his client’s death in an attempt to vindicate Fotis Dulos’s name.
