The topic of the second session of the COVID-19 and the Law Colloquium Series was Health Law and Covid-19. Clinical Professor Emily Broad Leib, faculty director of the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic (FLPC) and colloquium co-organizer (with Martha Minow) moderated a discussion with panelists: – Robert Greenwald, clinical professor of law and faculty director of the Center for Health Law Policy and Innovation’s (CHLPI) Health Law and Policy Clinic; – I. Glenn Cohen, James A. Attwood and Leslie Williams Professor of Law, deputy dean, and faculty director of the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology & Bioethics; and – Peter Barton Hutt, senior counsel at Covington & Burling LLP and lecturer on law at Harvard Law School. All sessions will be recorded and videos will be available afterwards for broader public viewing here and on the series website.
