Authorities say bodycam footage shows cops tasing and shooting a 26-year-old man. Cops received two 911 calls about a man having a mental health crisis, the Fairfax County Police Department in Virginia said. It’s alleged that the man paced back and forth before throwing the mask at cops and running towards them with a wine bottle raised. The man was shot four times and pronounced dead at the scene. Now Jasper Aaron Lynch’s family wants answers.
